Μόλις ξεκινήσαμε! Στις 10 φτάσαμε στο στάδιο, και δυστυχώς οι διαπιστεύσεις του press δεν είναι ακόμη έτοιμες μέχρι αυτή τη στιγμή. Οι εθελοντές πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν, αν και το σύστημα φένεται ότι δεν ”λειτουργεί” όπως θα έπρεπε. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, μπήκαμε στην αρένα και στο press center. Παρακολουθήσαμε τις πρώτες δοκιμές και με την Εύη Παπαμιχαήλ να δίνει συνέντευξη στο ΡΙΚ και τον νεαρό Λευκορώσσο commentator να κάνει μάταιες προσπάθειες δίπλα μας στο (μικρό) press center (στο οποίο χρειάζονται περισσότερες καρέκλες)δηλώνουμε έτοιμοι για την δική μας κάλυψη!
Να σημειώσουμε ότι από τεχνικής άποψης το ΡΙΚ ετοιμάζει την αρτιότερη junior eurovision που έγινε ποτέ. Άψογος ήχος, ανεπανάληπτη σκηνή και εντυπωσιακά σκηνικά. Όπου κι αν βρεθείς στο στάδιο έχεις τη δυνατότητα να βλέπεις τις πρόβες. Το όνειρο ξεκινάει… κι ας περιμένουμε ακόμη τα “πάσα” μας…
ΡΟΥΜΑΝΙΑ
Οφείλω να ομολογήσω ότι η πολύ καλή παραγωγή από τηλεοπτικής άποψης, που ετοιμάζει το ΡΙΚ, φένεται και στο πως “ανεβαίνουν” κάποια τραγούδια. Οι συμμετοχές δείχνουν πολύ καλές στην οθόνη και ακόμη δεν έχει αντιμετωπιστεί κανένα πρόβλημα ήχου. Πολύ καλά τα πήγε η Ρουμανία, με αρκετά καλή παρουσίαση. Χαρακτηριστικό είναι ότι κάποιες άλλες αποστολές που παρακολουθούσαν το τραγούδι ήξεραν απ’ έξω το Ρουμάνικο τραγούδι. Θα δούμε.
ΑΡΜΕΝΙΑ
Η Μόνικα με την ερμηνεία της δείχνει πόσο καλή φωνή έχει, κάτι που μεταδίδεται με τον άριστο ήχο που υπάρχει. Παρ’ όλα αυτά η συμμετοχή υστερεί στο στήσιμο (απο όσα είδαμε σήμερα φυσικά) και αναμένουμε την πρόβα με τα ρούχα για να σχηματίσουμε άποψη. Ο φωτισμός στην πίσω οθόνη έχει τα ίδια γραφικά με το videoclip της χώρας
ΛΕΥΚΟΡΩΣΙΑ
Είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι τα κορίτσια από τη Λευκορωσία είναι καθαρά επηρεασμένα από τη Ρουσλάνα. Και αυτό φένεται στη σκηνή. Πολύ καλός, πολύχρωμος φωτισμός, γρήγορα πλάνα, υστερεί στην φωνητική ερμηνεία, αφού τα κορίτσια δεν ακούγονται “δεμένα” φωνητικά. Φένεται όμως ότι θα ξεσηκώσουν το κοινό.
ΡΩΣΙΑ
Η αλήθεια είναι ότι αυτό δεν το περιμέναμε. Οι Ρώσοι κατάφεραν να περάσουν το παραμύθι επί σκηνής, με ασημένιες μπάλες και άλλες, ακόμα μικρότερες οι οποίες αιωρούνται σε κάποιες στιγμές του τραγουδιού. Τον Μιχαήλ συνοδεύει επι σκηνής ένα μπαλέτο πολύ όμορφα στημένο και ο ίδιος δείχνει συγκεντρωμένος στην ερμηνεία του η οποία ήταν σε όλες τις δοκιμές αλάνθαστη. Η Ρωσία εμφανίζεται με τα ρούχα με τα ρούχα της βραδυάς επί σκηνής (άσπρα και ροζ) και ο φωτισμός (λευκός και ροζ) και ο φωτισμός (λευκός και ροζ) βοηθά ακόμη περισσότερο στη δημιουργία “μαγείας” επί σκηνής.
ΕΛΛΑΔΑ
Αρκετά καλά τα πήγε η Ελλάδα, αν και υπήρξαν αρκετά προβλήματα στο τομέα της ερμηνείας. Τα κορίτσια προσπαθούν (υπέρμετρη ήταν και η προσπάθεια της χορογράφου να τις βοηθήσει στη διάρκεια της πρόβας) αλλά ως εκεί. Βγάζει ωραίο αποτέλεσμα αλλά δεν αναμένουμε να κάνει τη διαφορά. Οι φωτισμοί είναι γαλάζιοι και άσπροι, με έντονο το στοιχείο της βροχής - πολύ ενδιαφέρον φωτισμός. Επί σκηνής χρησιμοποιούνται καρέκλες και ομπρέλες ενώ η γενική χορογραφία δεν έχει πολλές διαφορές με τον εθνικό τελικό.

ROMANIA
The production seems quite well and the staging of the songs is quite professional. Romania opens the contest and the comments are extremely positive. With the first try the overall outcome seems quite nice. There is a baloon following the two Romanian participants. Soe delegations also followed the lyrics of the song which seems to be quite a surprise.
ARMENIA
Monica is giving a very good performance and shows what a great voice she has. Definitely this song will rank high, after all Armenia lost JESC 2007 by one point. The overall outcome is nice but the staging lacks soething and we all awaiting the rehearsal with the outfit to find out whether this is trully a winner this time.
BELARUS
It is clear that Belarusian performer is influenced by Ruslana and you can see that on the stage. The staging and the lights are very good, impressive we would say and the camera sequence is fast and very good. The vocals are not well combined, though, but the song is catchy enough to end up high and get a great applause by the auditors.
RUSSIA
Russian rehearsal surprised everyone as the team managed to make the fairy tail a true story on stage. Silve balls and smaller ones airing around follow Mihail’s performance. The singer is accompanied by a ballet of dancers. The outfits are white and pink and they are the final costumes. Vocally the performance is amazing and that helps magic to be spread across the venue. A surprise from Russia.
GREECE
The Greek entry was a more close to what JESC is about than the tragedy we experienced last year with the Greek brides. Niki and her dancers used chairs and umbrellas for their act and Niki was singing along with dancing. The overall outcome was not that bad, but still we see no points from televoting. If Greece get some points it will be from the juries.

The first rehearsal began today. For the first time the stage of junior Eurovision look like the original Eurovision. General everything is ready to start the song contest. Cyprus has to take congratulations for this excellent production!!!
Romania was the first participant which performed their song. Romania came to the Eurovision junior song contest 2008 with 5 cute girls with the song “Salvati Planeta” which means Save the Planet. It is one of the best songs which might win.
Armenia with the song “Ergi Hnchyune” by Monica Manucharova was the second participant. The song is a ballad with an ethnic combination. It’s very relaxing but it doesn’t hold you. I believe that it’s not the best participation.
The third participation is Belarus with the song”Sertse Belarusi” by Dasha,Alina&Karina. Their song has a very nice rhythm and it’s very amusing. On the stage the girls were excellent. I believe this song is good choice for the Eurovision contest.
Russia: Mikhail Puntov is the younger Dima Bilan. He performed with a ballet of 5 girls. He has very good movement on stage,too much expressiveness and transmits the song theme. I believe he can easily win this competition…
